Mudah.my, Malaysia’s No.1 car marketplace, is continuing its push to increase the number of inspected used cars with warranty. This is in line with Mudah.my also setting a new record in the Malaysia Book of Records, for the above-mentioned category.
The after sales warranty goes hand in hand with Mudah.my’s Mudah Vehicle Inspection & Protection (mVIP) program. Launched in August last year, the program aims to give used car buyers assurance and a peace of mind for their vehicle purchase. This program firstly removing uncertainty and doubt

[3] to offer the opportunity for buyers to purchase an extended warranty to protect against future repair costs.
This initiative was launched in collaboration with MUV, a pioneer of ‘Offline2Online’ and Malaysia’s first end-to-end vehicle bidding platform.

The programme is also a reflection of Mudah.my’s ability to understand the local market and to meet the demands of Malaysians, especially with the recovering economy. Having our efforts now validated by the Malaysian Book of Records, also serves as a massive testament to our commitment in creating a seamless and trusted process of buying and selling used cars online,” said Gaurav Bhasin, CEO of Mudah.my.
This perfectly ties in with the mVIP programme, empowering Malaysian used car buyers and sellers to deal effectively and worry-free, as Mudah.my and MUV believe in the use of technology to make selling and buying used cars seamless and transparent. “Since the launch of mVIP three months ago, there are more than 2,000 live used car ads with warranty. With the current improving economy and the positive outlook for the industry based on MAA’s recent report, we only expect this number to grow,” said Peter Wong, Head of Mudah Auto.
